Cork Fresh 3 mm Replacement Insoles

Cork fresh insoles with natural cork surface and activated carbon latex base. Natural cork provides all-day comfort, shock absorption and breathability due to its porous surface. The activated carbon latex base acts as a deodorant inside the shoe and keeps the insole firmly in place.

3 mm replacement insoles for all barefoot shoes. Don't sweat. Cork is a grippy material underfoot, meaning there is no risk of the foot moving around in the shoe.

We recommend OmaKing's Cork Fresh cork insole especially for more cushioned barefoot shoes, including Altra sneakers, when you want to remove the shoe's thicker insole (6 mm) and replace it with a thinner insole. This improves ground feel and in some situations reduces "unnecessary" cushioning, e.g. when running on a soft trail.

We have added the product card of the Cork Fresh insoles to the "compatible products" section under the shoe's web page if the that shoe could benefit from thinner replacement insoles than the original ones. Please note that you can use the original and replacement insole in parallel, depending of the situation.

NOTE! You should buy replacement insoles that are slightly larger than your shoes and then cut them to the right size according to the shape of the original insole.
