The new 2.0 version has additional cushioning sewn into the sole, which makes the previously 6 mm sole thickness as 10 mm and you can definitely feel the difference when walking. The design and ventilation of the shoe are top-notch, these vegan sandals, carefully made in Vietnam, will turn heads wherever you go in the summer! The feel is very leather-like even though it is artificial leather. There is no difference in appearance.

On the scale of thin-soled barefoot shoes - hybrid model - thick-soled barefoot shoes, I would classify the Summer 2.0 sandal in the "thin-soled/hybrid" category.

Suitability for barefoot shoe beginners:

The 2.0 model works better for beginners also, even for leisurely walking on asphalt. But these are not beginner's sandals in the first place.
