The sole of the sandal is only 6 mm and practically does not cushion your step when walking. However, it will probably soften quite a bit in the heat. Also the leather straps will adapt and soften after a little break-in. The design and ventilation of the shoe are top-notch - with these leather sandals carefully made in Portugal you will turn heads in the summer wherever you go!
On the scale of pure barefoot shoe - hybrid model - thick-soled barefoot shoe, I place Grace in the "pure barefoot shoe" category.
Suitability for barefoot shoe beginners:
Such a thin sandal is not suitable for a beginner barefoot shoe user. Ok if you go all the time on the beach and in a soft environment then so be it, but no beginners on asphalt with these sandals, thank you.
Suitability for experienced barefooters
