The sole is only 6 mm and practically does not cushion your step when walking. However, it probably softens quite a bit when it is hot. Very functional and comfortable textile/leather tightening system, which makes the shoe a little sportier compared to leather strap sandals. The design and ventilation of the shoe are top-notch. With these sandals carefully made in Portugal you will turn heads in the summer wherever you go!
On the scale of pure barefoot shoe - hybrid model - thick-soled barefoot shoe, I place Flexi in the "pure barefoot shoe" category.
Suitability for barefoot shoe beginners:
Such a thin sandal is not suitable for a beginner barefoot shoe user. Ok if you go all the time on the beach and in a soft environment then so be it, but no beginners on asphalt with these sandals, thank you.
Suitability for experienced barefooters
