Size tip - Vitality III is quite big in size and you don't need a lot of room in front of the shoe in this model. So you can easily choose a one size smaller than what it is in the size chart (see attachments), especially if you are in between two sizes.
Saguaro's Vitality III fits well and feels like a real barefoot shoe! You can become an owner with a budget of 55 euros. Those who start using barefoot shoes often want to change all the shoes they wear to barefoot shoes, and it's great if there are some more affordable shoes as well.
The manufacturer states that the thickness of the sole is 5 mm, but with the insole it is actually 10 mm. Also, the sole is not only grippy but also very elastic, which means that walking, running and training feels much softer with the shoe than with Merrell's Vapor Glove for example. On the other hand, if you take the insole out, the ground feeling is significantly better. So it's easy to adjust the shoe according to the situation.
On the scale, pure barefoot shoe - hybrid model - minimalist shoe (l. thick-soled barefoot shoe) I count the Vitality III with its insole (and also taking into account the elasticity of the sole rubber) as a hybrid shoe and without insole in the "pure barefoot shoe" category.

Suitability for the barefoot shoe beginners:
Vitality III is suitable even for beginners, because its cushioning is quite reasonable with the insole. On the other hand, however, you should not cultivate the heel strike so much, but try to walk more calmly and step more with the whole foot - it is good to practice the barefoot (fast walking) technique with the shoes. If you are on a softer terrain, removing the insole gives you more ground feel.
Suitability for experienced barefooters:
Relaxed and quite cushioned barefoot shoe with the insole. Take off the insole and the ground feel improves a lot. Since the price is reasonable, you don't have to walk around with the soles of your shoes worn out before buying new ones.
