PETRI'S PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Saguaro's LUCK I fits well and feels like a real thin-soled barefoot sneaker! The shoe is neither expensive. Those who start using barefoot shoes often want to change all the shoes they wear - then it's really great if there are few more affordable shoes as well.

The manufacturer states that the thickness of the sole is 4 mm, but with the insole it is actually 8 mm. The sole is not as elastic as in Saguaro's VITALITY III model, so you have to be more precise with your steps on hard surfaces!

On the scale of thin-soled barefoot shoe - hybrid model - thick-soled barefoot shoe, I clearly count the LUCK I in the "thin-soled barefoot shoe" category.

Suitability for barefoot beginners:

I don't recommend LUCK I for a beginner but for office use it is great. The cushioning is very limited, which means that the shoe already requires the right walking technique (and strength) on a hard surface, or else there will be problems. I don't recommend these sneakers for (soft) terrain, because there are much better options for that - see thin-soled trail running shoes.

Suitability for experienced barefooters:

LUCK I is a nice looking authentic barefoot sneaker. Great as an indoor office shoe also. Remove the insole and the ground feel is already almost too much, at least on hard surfaces. I count the shoe in the pure barefoot category. Since the price isn't too high, you don't have to walk around with the soles of your shoes worn out before buying new ones.
